You will be directly involved in managing from A-Z the translation projects issued by customers in your account, with regards to internal procedures. Your objective will be to increase customer satisfaction and to challenge translators’ support.

Here are this position's responsibilities:

• Customer and supplier communication and negotiation
• Project analyze in view of previous work, present resources and future risks
• Document management: quotations, purchases, translated files
• Team selection for each project: translators, reviewers, DTP and/or consultants
• Supervising the compliance of translated documents with customer requirements
• Delivering files to customer or suppliers

Just a few requirements:

• High concentration and organizational capacity
• Advanced English knowledge
• MS Office (especially MS Word) and OCR (i.e. Abbyy, Omnipage) operation skills
• Romanian translation market overview

…and some advantages:

• Translation and/or revision proven experience or
• Relevant experience in a similar position (vendor/project management) or
• Familiarization with translation memories (CAT Tools)
